Brand-New Children’s Home Manager - Lead & Launch

Alexandra’s Home in Walsall is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new children’s residential home. You will shape culture, recruit and develop the team, and establish robust safeguarding and care planning systems as the home progresses toward Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.

You will work closely with the Director and be supported to create a therapeutic, child-centred environment from day one, with a focus on strong family and professional partnerships.
