Brand-New School Receptionist & Admin (Part-Time)

Hill West Primary School in Four Oaks is seeking a friendly, organised Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join the busy school office. You will be the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors, and will manage calls and emails with professionalism.

Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am–1.00pm, starting in a brand-new building from November 2026, you will provide admin support, maintain records, order supplies, help with events and communicate with the wider school community.
