Breakfast Chef – Fast-Paced Hotel Kitchen, Straight Shifts

A Breakfast Chef is required at a busy 120 bed country hotel in Hertfordshire, serving up to 200 guests daily. You will work straight shifts, five days out of seven on a rota basis, with a buffet and à la carte service. Dishes are freshly cooked and replenished throughout breakfast.

You should be organised, self-motivated and able to cope with busy service. The Head Chef seeks someone with previous Breakfast Chef experience in hotels and a proven ability to handle large covers under pressure.
