We are looking for talented breakfast chef to join our team at the five-star Merchant Hotel, Belfast. When it comes to fine dining and culinary excellence, we believe we are the best in the business. Therefore, we are looking for the best chefs to join our award-winning team.

Essential Criteria:
- Fully flexible to work evenings and weekends
- 6 months experience in a similar role
Desirable Criteria:
- An NVQ Level 2 in a kitchen/food related discipline or working towards it
