Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a small collection of family-run hotels in Suffolk and we have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team at this award winning 4-star hotel nestled in the heart of Suffolk's stunning coastline.

What's involved?
As the hotel's Breakfast Chef, you'll take pride in crafting high-quality, plated breakfast dishes for an average of 50 covers each morning. Working from 6am until 3pm, you will work as part of a friendly and professional team, playing a key role in delivering a memorable guest experience every morning, and ensuring the breakfast service runs smoothly.
After breakfast service is complete and your prep work is done, you'll assist the team with lunch service.
