Breakfast Commis Chef — London Living Wage Team

St Ermin’s Hotel in London is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our team for the breakfast shift (5am-1:30pm), five days a week. You will help deliver breath‑taking hospitality while supporting a workplace that celebrates energy and teamwork.

You will prepare and cook on your section to agreed recipes and processes, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. Eligibility to work in the UK is required, with training in basic food hygiene provided within one month.
