BREEAM Assessor

Overview

In this role you will lead BREEAM assessments for diverse building types within a renowned sustainability-focused practice. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across London projects to deliver compliant, energy-conscious buildings and prepare technical reports and tender inputs. You’ll drive energy performance and masterplanning work while supporting project delivery timelines. This is a chance to shape sustainable design within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and run BREEAM assessments across a range of building types
• Contribute to the delivery of high-end projects
• Focus on building performance and operational energy
• Develop energy masterplans
• Ensure compliance and performance targets are met
• Engage with architects, engineers and Sustainability Champions to advance sustainable buildings
• Prepare technical reports and tender specification inputs
• Support on-time project delivery

Key requirements

• Relevant degree level qualification
• Must be a qualified BREEAM Assessor
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and teamwork
• Ability to handle a varied and challenging workload
• Candidates with an engineering background are advantageous
• MSc desirable
