Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, lower thirds, channel branding, and promotional materials for broadcast.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and editors to understand project requirements and translate them into visually effective graphics.
- Work within strict deadlines to deliver assets for live broadcasts and pre-recorded programming.
- Utilize a range of design software to create visually appealing and technically compliant graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to style guides for various programs and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in broadcast design and motion graphics technology.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Broadcast Graphics Designer or Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
- Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D) and real-time graphics systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for studio collaboration in Norwich .
