Broadcast Producer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and organized Broadcast Producer to lead and manage remote production teams for exciting broadcast projects originating from Norwich . You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle, from initial concept and budgeting through to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic, distributed work environment and can effectively coordinate creative and technical resources remotely to produce outstanding broadcast content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules, budgets, and resource plans for broadcast projects.
• Manage and motivate remote production teams, including directors, camera crews, editors, and technical staff.
• Oversee all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Ensure compliance with broadcast standards, regulations, and client requirements.
• Source and manage vendors, talent, and external agencies as needed for productions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Broadcast Producer or in a senior production management role within the media industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-stakes broadcast productions from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of video production workflows, technologies, and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with extensive experience coordinating distributed teams in a remote-first setting.
