We are looking for a Broker Claims Relationship Lead who will be responsible for looking after our broker partners in the South West & Wales region in conjunction with our trading and distribution colleagues for the region. We have a 'one face to market' approach in each region, which is a key priority for this role.

A bit about the job:

The Broker Claims Relationship Lead will work within the South West & Wales regionof brokers to support Aviva clients in the Aviva Claims Proposition. Building strong internal and external relationships for the benefit of the client and Aviva Commercial business is a key aspect of this role, you would be working closely with the regional distribution team, all product line operational claims teams,underwritingand senior Aviva stakeholders.

Interpreting claims datain order todrive improvements with overall claims trending is an important part of the role. You will act as a role model, coaching and mentoring colleagues whereappropriate, actively pursuing opportunities to improve processes and procedures toassistthe Commercial business.

The successful candidate will support projects aimed at system or process improvement at a local or national level in order to drive continuous improvement of service and engage others through Aviva Brand Values and standards as well as the development, implementation and ongoing management of market leading sourcing strategies to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained.

Skills and experiencewe’relooking for:

• Experience of working with commercial claims, ideally at leader level, understanding yourclientsbusiness and managing long term relationships with brokers
• Successful participation in new business propositions
• Identifyingclaims trends and working with clients and brokers to deliver improved claims experiences
• Strong senior stakeholder management background
• ACII certificate or relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience.

• Starting salary between £40,000 - £55,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
