Senior Broker Essex | Office-based | Salary negotiable | Permanent Established organisation seeking an experienced Senior Broker to join a successful team. The role will focus on developing new business, managing existing clients, building insurer relationships and identifying opportunities to cross-sell , while providing technical support across the wider team. Key requirements: Strong experience within commercial insurance Excellent technical insurance knowledge Proven track record in sales and meeting targets Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Excellent written and telephone communication Confident using Acturis and Microsoft Office Ability to manage clients, deadlines and competing priorities Professional, proactive and commercially focused approach Experience across liability, property/construction-related risks, professional indemnity or motor would be advantageous. xwwtmva MondayFriday, 9am5pm.
