Brow & Beauty Counter Manager — Sales Leader

Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Full-time Counter Manager for the John Lewis counter in Cheadle. You will lead Brow and Beauty Experts, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage daily counter operations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of customer service in retail or hospitality and a minimum of 6 months of management experience. Weekend and bank holiday availability is essential. Training will be provided and a competitive commission scheme awaits.
