Build-to-Rent GM: Lead Leasing & Resident Experience

Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced General Manager for a flagship Build to Rent development in Sheffield City Centre. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a strong likelihood of permanence, and a salary up to £55,000 plus bonus.

You will own leasing, resident experience and building operations, lead a on-site team, and drive occupancy, revenue and service standards in a fast-growing BTR portfolio.
