Building Fabric Manager – Healthcare Estate (Birmingham)

300 North Ltd in Birmingham is recruiting a Technical Services Manager (Building Fabric) to lead a multi-skilled fabric maintenance team across a large healthcare estate. You will ensure the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of building fabric services across the estate.

The role reports to the Senior Estates Manager and requires extensive experience in building fabric maintenance, passive fire protection and refurbishment works.
