£37,000 pa plus bonuses, well paid overtime, company van, pension and holiday pay.

All applicants must have the following:

• Experience of general building maintenance work – inside and outside of buildings
• Experience in concreting, tarmac, kerbing, surfacing repairs
• Experience with repair of doors, locks, fences, cladding and flooring
• Experience with plumbing repair and maintenance, tiling and painting
• Full UK driving licence
• Newport
