Building Maintenance Supervisor

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Building Maintenance Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Building Maintenance Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

This is a working supervisor role where you'll lead from the front, combining your technical expertise with team leadership to deliver high-quality maintenance services.

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Lead and support a team of 8 engineers across 3 sites, ensuring effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance

• Carry out hands-on mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled maintenance tasks

• Allocate work, provide technical guidance, and support team development

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements

• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Relevant qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or electrical discipline)

• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory or lead role

• Strong understanding of building services and compliance requirements
