About the Role

Our client requires a Multi-Skilled Building Maintenance Technician to support their facilities in and around Norwich . This role is essential for ensuring the optimal functionality and safety of our client's properties. You will undertake a wide array of maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, routine servicing, and preventative checks across mechanical, electrical, and general building fabric aspects. This hybrid position offers the chance to work hands-on at various sites while also having flexibility in managing reporting and administrative tasks. Your adaptability and broad skill set will be key to providing comprehensive support to our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC checks.
• Conduct general building fabric repairs, such as carpentry, plastering, and painting.
• Respond efficiently to reactive maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Assist with the upkeep and operation of building services equipment.

Requirements
