Building Regulations Director — Board Seat & Growth Shares

Altura Search is recruiting for a Building Regulations Director to join the board, lead and grow the BRPD/Building Regulations service, and shape how this part of the business develops. You will nurture client relationships, win new business, and provide senior technical leadership across Building Regs and Building Safety.

The role offers a path to becoming a key shareholder and board member, with immediate growth shares and a salary on £120k plus a 15% bonus.
