Building Safety Manager – High-Rise Homes (Hybrid)

Grosvenor Group is seeking a Building Safety Manager to lead oversight of fire and structural safety across the London Estate, covering ~170 multi-occupied residential buildings and 14 HRBs. You will drive the Building Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act and related regulations, while coordinating with internal teams, agents, contractors and regulators.

You will develop Safety Case Reports, manage safety case milestones, and support regulatory submissions
