Building Safety Project Manager – Fire Remediation Lead

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking a Project Manager – Building Safety to lead fire safety remediation across our residential buildings, ensuring safety, compliance, and a positive resident experience. You will manage projects from due diligence through delivery within our Building Safety team.

Key responsibilities include planning, budgeting, risk assessment, coordinating consultants and contractors, and maintaining KPIs while communicating with residents and stakeholders throughout the process.
