About the Role

This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including the installation, repair, and upkeep of essential building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. You will play a key part in ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants and users. This position is ideal for a multi-skilled individual with a strong background in the installation and maintenance of building infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on building systems including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Install and commission new building services equipment and components.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving issues effectively.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with all building regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar Building Services Technician or multi-skilled maintenance role.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general building maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures in a building environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
