Job Description
A hands-on Building Surveyor position offering responsibility for reactive repairs, planned works, stock condition surveys, contract administration and project delivery across residential assets. This role would suit a technically competent surveyor looking for a varied workload, strong work-life balance and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.

Description
Managing building projects from inception through to completion.
Delivering reactive repairs, planned maintenance and investment programmes.
Undertaking stock condition surveys and property inspections.
Preparing specifications, schedules of work and tender documentation.
Contract administration and contractor performance management.
Producing reports and analysis for stakeholders and senior management.
Supporting budget management and delivering value for money across projects.
Ensuring compliance with current construction legislation and CDM regulations.
Profile
HND in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification.
Experience delivering maintenance and property investment services.
Experience managing projects from planning through to completion.
Strong contract administration knowledge.
Experience carrying out property inspections and stock condition surveys.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of housing maintenance and residential property management.
Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and best practice.
Good IT skills and experience using maintenance management systems.
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
