About the Role

Our client seeks a diligent Building Systems Installer to join their team in Wolverhampton , offering a hybrid working model that balances site-based installation with remote planning and reporting. You will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining a variety of integrated building systems, including mechanical, electrical, and safety equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Install, connect, and test integrated building systems such as HVAC, fire safety, and basic electrical components.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams to ensure correct installation.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on installed systems, resolving any issues that arise.
• Conduct pre-installation site assessments and post-installation checks, with remote follow-up where applicable.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, tests, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in installing and maintaining building systems, mechanical, or electrical installations.
