Задачи:

• Partner with teams across the business to understand challenges and turn them into clear problems and requirements
• Analyse data, processes and systems to uncover insights, opportunities and risks
• Shape solutions across people, process, technology and data
• Create documentation, process maps, and analysis to support decision-making
• Support or lead delivery across the full project lifecycle, from early concept through rollout
• Work with project teams, engineers, subject matter experts and third-party partners
• Contribute to testing activities and help resolve issues
• Support change through training, communication and ongoing support
• Track progress and manage risks and dependencies
• Use tools such as Azure and Lucid Chart and systems such as Dynamics 365 and Kinaxis Maestro
• Lead end-to-end analysis on complex projects, depending on level
• Influence senior stakeholders and shape decision-making, depending on level
• Improve ways of working, governance and delivery standards, depending on level
• Coach or support more junior analysts, depending on level
