Key Responsibilities

• Document processes, workflows and business needs.

• Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.

• Support project planning, testing and implementation activities.

• Analyse data and prepare reports to support business decisions.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to understand and document business requirements.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Confidence working with data, reports and business processes.

• Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders remotely.

• Knowledge of Excel, reporting or business analysis tools is beneficial.

• Degree or relevant qualification in Business, Management, IT, Finance or a related field is advantageous.
