Business & Legal Operations Grad Scheme: 2-Year Rotations

Norton Rose Fulbright is launching a two-year Business and Legal Operations Graduate Scheme based in London, offering four six-month rotations across teams. The programme focuses on delivering modern, efficient legal services with technology, data, and client-centric solutions.

Start date is August/September 2027 with a starting salary of £38,000 plus award-winning benefits. The scheme does not lead to a legal qualification, and an in-person assessment day is planned for February 2027.
