• Conduct outbound B2B calls to Gloucestershire businesses

• Identify and engage with hiring managers, directors, and decision makers

• Qualify recruitment opportunities across various sectors

• Secure appointments for recruitment consultants

• Maintain accurate records within Bullhorn CRM

• Follow campaign targets and build relationships with prospective clients

• Support lead generation and business development efforts
