The Opportunity

As an Entry-Level Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the wider sales team. You'll identify prospective customers, engage with decision-makers, understand their business needs, and develop qualified opportunities through the early stages of the sales process.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, driven, resilient, and eager to learn. No previous sales experience is required - we're looking for attitude, ambition, and the desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Engage with prospective clients and introduce them to the company's products or services.
• Qualify prospects and identify genuine business opportunities.
• Arrange qualified meetings and appointments with prospective customers.
• Build professional relationships with prospects and senior decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify potential solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system.
• Work closely with experienced sales professionals to develop your commercial skills.
• Take part in regular coaching, training, and development sessions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed activity and performance targets.
