Key Responsibilities
Business Development- Proactively contact SMEs via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Identify new business opportunities and generate interest in the company's services
- Research prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential opportunities
- Arrange meetings and introductory calls with prospective customers
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Build confidence through regular customer interactions and conversations
- Learn how to identify business challenges and commercial opportunities
- Assist in presenting tailored solutions that deliver measurable value
- Develop consultative selling skills through ongoing training and support
- Attend structured onboarding and ongoing coaching sessions
- Develop sales techniques through workshops and role-play exercises
- Work alongside experienced professionals to learn best practices
- Progress towards managing your own accounts and opportunities
- Help nurture existing client relationships
- Support customer retention and account growth activities
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process

What You’ll Receive
- £30,000 base salary
- Realistic first-year OTE of £35,000-£45,000 plus uncapped commission
