This role offers a blend of new business development, account management and customer retention, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building lasting customer relationships while actively pursuing new opportunities.
The OpportunityAs a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting regional growth by identifying and qualifying new prospects, nurturing customer relationships, and helping maximise revenue across an established customer base.
Working closely with Regional Account Managers, you'll generate new opportunities, manage customer accounts, follow up on quotations, and ensure customers remain engaged and supported throughout their journey.
This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where persistence, organisation and relationship-building skills will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through outbound calls Qualify leads and book appointments for Regional Account Managers Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear next actions Manage and develop designated customer accounts to increase spend and customer loyalty Follow up quotations and identify upselling opportunities Re-engage dormant or lapsing accounts and implement retention activities Support regional sales growth initiatives Monitor competitor activity and market trends Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer serviceAbout YouWe're interested in speaking with candidates who have:
