What you’ll do as a Junior Recruitment Consultant?

• Build and develop new client relationships
• Source, engage, and manage high-level candidates
• Partner with decision-makers across multiple industries
• Learn and master proven recruitment and sales techniques in a fast-paced environment

• Resilient with a strong work ethic
• Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships
• Experience in B2B sales, recruitment, customer service, or a competitive sporting background is advantageous but not essential.
