Job Title: Business Development Manager – Flat Roof Insulation

Area to be covered: North (based M62 corridor)
Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000neg + uncapped commission (if both company & personal targets are met can be £21,000+)

The role of the Business Development Manager – Flat Roof Insulation will involve:
* Field sales position selling a manufactured range of flat roofing insulation
* 70% of your time will be spent selling to flat roofing / membrane manufacturers
* The remaining 30% will be spent selling to roofing main & sub-contractors and roofing distributors such as; Encon, Minster and SIG
* Inheriting a territory currently turning over £1.5m
* Typical projects include residential buildings, hotels, healthcare, education etc
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Flat Roof Insulation with:
* Must have field sales experience in the building envelope, waterproofing, flat roofing, insulation or facades sectors
* Ideally sold to flat roofing manufacturers however not essential
* IT literate
