Alecto Recruitment is working closely with our client who are a UK leading and specialist within the Building management systems (BMS) sector.

They are currently recruiting for a sales manager for their data centre sector.

The Role

The role is centred around the Data Centre sector with most of the time focused on meeting with clients, developing new relationships and supporting existing partnerships Identify, develop and secure new Building management systems (BMS) business opportunities within the data centre sector Develop relationships with data centre owners, operators, consultants and contractors Achieve agree sales and business growth targets Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.

Requirements

We are looking for you to have proven sales experience within the building management systems sector Strong understanding of BMS Solutions and building controls Experience developing customer relationships and generating new business Ability to interpret client specifications and produce detailed BMS points lists

Salary & Benefits:

£65,000 - £75,000 Car or Car Allowance Generous bonus scheme & Commission scheme 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays - buy up to 5 days 6% employer pension contribution Private medical (BUPA) Life assurance X4 Salary
