Business Development Manager – Building Envelope Solutions Job Title: Business Development Manager – Building Envelope Solutions Industry Sector: Building Envelope, Facades, Cladding, Curtain Walling, Rainscreen, EWI, Waterproofing, Renders, Brickslips, Remediation, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Specification Sales Manager Areas to be covered: North Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000 doe + bonus tbc (car allowance will be built into the basic salary) The role of the Business Development Manager – Building Envelope Solutions will involve:

• Business Development Manager position promoting high quality building envelope solutions / services
• All of your time will be spent selling to designers, consultants, main contractors and housing providers
• Turnover tbc depending on experience
• 80% new business / 20% account management
• Carrying out site surveys as and when required The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Building Envelope Solutions with:
• Must have business development experience in the building envelope, facades, cladding, rainscreen, curtain walling sectors
• Must have sold to designers, consultants, main contractors and housing providers
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Must be able to hit the ground running
