Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: UK Wide
Salary: Up to £75,(Apply online only)
Shift: Monday-Friday - 37.5 hours
Job Role of the Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will manage and develop key customer accounts while generating new business across the UK. Responsibilities include pitching technical products, negotiating pricing and supply agreements, preparing sales forecasts, managing customer trials and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Sector - Chemical, Process or GMP Manufacturing
Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Business Development Manager
Proven B2B sales and key account management experience
Successful new-business generation experience
Experience within chemical, process, GMP or technical manufacturing
Requirements for the Business Development Manager
Strong pricing and commercial negotiation experience
Confident pitching to senior-level customers
Strong CRM, pipeline management and forecasting experience
Able to independently manage a national territory
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for client meetings
Desirable Requirements for the Business Development Manager
Experience selling technical products into manufacturing environments
Experience coordinating customer product trials
