Business Development Manager East Midlands Area
YOUR TASKS: SALES IS YOUR PASSION
- Responsibility for sales of CHEMARROW and MOTUL industrial lubricants and services across the East Midlands territory
- Growing revenue year on year through proactive, targeted sales
- Identifying and actively developing prospective distributors and customers
- Offering technical support to both new and existing customers throughout the territory
- Developing strong relationships to build long-term customer/supplier partnerships
- Managing all areas of the sales cycle to increase revenue within the territory
- Working closely with our service team and laboratories to fully support our customer base
- Liaising with our customer support team to prepare technical proposals and quotations
- Ensuring all information is recorded on our bespoke CRM system
Profile
YOUR PROFILE: QUALIFICATION MEETS PERSONALITY!
- Previous role in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Sales within an industrial environment
- Experience in both direct and in-direct B2B routes to market
- Good written and verbal communication skills - the role involves a high degree of customer contact
- Energy, enthusiasm and self-motivation to meet personal and company goals
- An ability to take ownership of tasks and problems through to a conclusion
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a positive attitudeelf-motivation and the discipline to work alone out in the field as well as part of our expanding UK team
- A driven, well-presented and professional approach to customers and colleagues
- A full UK driving licence with at least 5 years' experience
