Job Title: Business Development Manager - Building Envelope Systems
Industry Sector: External Envelope, Building Envelope, Facades, Cladding, Curtain Walling, Rainscreen, SFS, Fixings, EWI, Waterproofing, Renders, Brickslips, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Specification Sales Manager
Areas to be covered: National (ideally based Northern Home Counties' / South East)
Remuneration: £60,000 - £80, 000 + bonus tbc
Company car or car allowance and standard benefits packages
The role of the Business Development Manager - Building Envelope Systems will involve:
- Business Development Manager position promoting the installation services of external envelope systems such as; cladding, SFS, curtain walling, rainscreen, windows & glazing
- All of your time will be spent selling to main contractors and sub-contractors
- Turnover target circa £3-5m
- Average project size are £1m
- Majority of your time will be spent generating new business
- Projects include; student accommodation, high-rise resident, affordable homes, office blocks and luxury homes
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager - Building Envelope Systems with:
- Must have business development experience in the building envelope, facades, cladding, rainscreen, curtain walling, fenestration sectors
- Must have sold to main contractors & sub-contractors
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to hit the ground running
- IT literate
