What you’ll be doing

• Develop and deliver a business development strategy across security, traffic management, stewarding, and car parking services.
• Generate and convert a high-quality sales pipeline across London, the Northwest, and emerging national markets.
• Lead tenders, presentations, and solution workshops, ensuring smooth mobilisation of new contracts.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, positioning the company as a partner of choice.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure solutions are profitable, compliant, and deliverable .
• Line manage and support at least one team member.

What we’re looking for

• Proven business development or sales experience within a people-oriented outsourced services company , for example, security, facilities management, cleaning, traffic management, events, or related services.
• Strong consultative sales skills with a track record of winning and delivering new business.
• Experience leading tenders, multi-stakeholder sales, and long sales cycles.
• Commercially aware, proactive, resilient, and partnership-led.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of stadiums, venues, festivals, or large-scale events.
• Understanding of compliance within security or traffic management.

Your success will be measured by

• Pipeline quality and conversion
• New business revenue achieved (£1m+ target)
• Tender wins and smooth contract mobilisation
• Client engagement and decision-maker relationships
