About the Role

Our client is searching for a strategic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth initiatives within the Belfast region. This senior sales role focuses on identifying and securing new strategic partnerships and key accounts that align with our client's business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business development strategies, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
Lead negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the wider sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful market penetration.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or senior sales roles.
Demonstrated success in identifying and closing significant new business opportunities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop data-driven strategies.
Experience working within the Belfast or wider Northern Ireland market is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
