- Field based Sales Experience and/or in practice dispensing experience
Experience – Preferable
- Managing a sales region
- Industry experience working with ophthalmic lenses
- Dispensing experience and/or dispensing qualifications
- Technical experience in manufacturing

- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Written, Verbal and 1to1 and group)

- Good knowledge in the optical market or similar industry e.g. pharmacy, medical

- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent administration skills
Qualifications – Essential
- GSCE Maths, English + 4 others C or above.
Qualifications – Preferable
- A Level’s & Degree, ideally in dispensing optics
