As a Graduate Business Development Representative, you'll become an expert within your own specialist therapy area, helping global organisations connect with clinicians through market-leading educational campaigns, digital content and medical publications.

• Speaking with senior decision-makers to understand their commercial objectives and upcoming projects.
• Building a pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn networking.
• Arranging high-quality meetings for the wider commercial team.
• Supporting sales activity around major international healthcare events and medical congresses.
• Managing your own pipeline using CRM software and tracking your progress against personal goals.
• Working alongside experienced Business Development Managers to learn the full commercial sales process.
