Job Description
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt will lead high-impact improvement initiatives across the organisation, driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This role plays a key part in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing operational performance, and developing capability across teams through coaching and mentoring.
Responsibilities
Lead Improvement Projects
- Lead cross-functional Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects
- Identify improvement opportunities and translate them into structured initiatives
- Deliver measurable and sustainable business results
- Apply data-driven problem-solving and root-cause analysis

Requirements
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience delivering improvement projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functional
Technical Skills
- Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, standard work, visual management)
- Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, root-cause analysis, statistical tools)
- Data analysis (Excel, Minitab or similar)
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
Behavioural Skills
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Ability to work with and challenge stakeholders constructively
- Structured, data-driven mindset
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Passion for continuous improvement and developing others
