Business Incident Lead — Stakeholder-Driven Resilience

Atos UK is seeking a Business Incident Manager to oversee end-to-end incident handling for NS&I B2B services, including Tax-Free Childcare, Help to Save, Court Funds Office and Help to Buy. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, communicate with senior stakeholders, and drive service recovery and RCA-driven improvements.
