Lead, coach, and support the sales team to consistently meet and surpass sales targets Champion customer satisfaction by implementing best practices and valuing feedback Organise and deliver engaging sales events and promotional campaigns Analyse customer needs and market trends to develop targeted sales strategies Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate customer data management Maintain a high standard of professionalism and set an example as a role model for the brand Ensure compliance with dealership policies and promote a positive working environmentRequirements of the Business Manager:
