UK Power Networks Services is seeking a proactive Business Support Administrator to support project delivery across Hampshire and Wiltshire. Working closely with Project Managers and reporting to the Client Delivery Manager, you’ll play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.

You’ll provide essential project and business support, including raising Service and Purchase Orders, processing invoices, maintaining SAP records, producing project reports, supporting meetings and risk reviews, coordinating training, competency and compliance records, preparing project documentation, managing timesheets and expenses, and responding to stakeholder queries. Your attention to detail will help keep project controls, reporting and administration running smoothly.

We’re looking for a collaborative and organised individual with strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent problem-solving ability and a proactive approach. SAP experience and a background in project environments would be beneficial.
