Job Description
We are seeking an organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to our Programme Management Office and wider UK business teams. This role is ideal for a graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related discipline who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple activities, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting programme governance, diary and meeting management, reporting, process coordination, and stakeholder engagement across various business initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Programme Management Office.
- Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and stakeholder communications on behalf of programme leaders.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Maintain project documentation, operational records, and governance materials.
- Follow established business processes and Standard Operating Procedures
- Identify and elevate process issues, delays, or discrepancies where appropriate.
- Provide coordination support across multiple teams and business functions.
- Support the delivery of business initiatives, and ad-hoc operational activities.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience supporting business operations, PMO functions, project coordination, or administrative activities.
- Strong diary management and meeting coordination experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience creating and maintaining process documentation and reports.
