Smile Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a high-performing secondary school in Smethwick who are seeking a passionate and committed Business Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or ECT looking to secure a long-term position, with the potential for a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
The Role
The successful Business Teacher will be responsible for:
Planning and delivering engaging Business lessons across KS4 and potentially KS5 Creating a positive classroom environment where students are motivated to achieve Supporting students of varying abilities to make strong academic progress Preparing students effectively for examinations and assessments Working collaboratively with the wider department and school staff Contributing to the wider life of the schoolThe Ideal CandidateWe would love to hear from you if you are:
A qualified Business Teacher with QTS, or an ECT completing their teacher training Confident teaching Business at KS4 level Passionate about education and committed to raising student achievement Able to build positive relationships with students and staff An engaging and adaptable classroom practitioner Looking for a long-term role with potential to become permanentWhy Apply?
