You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely deliveries to meet manufacturing schedules. Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal quality.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favourable supply agreements.
• Monitor market trends and commodity prices to anticipate changes and advise on purchasing strategies.
• Manage supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules and minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, and pricing agreements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Buyer or Purchasing Officer, with a focus on raw materials.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier contracts.
• Good understanding of commodity markets and supply chain dynamics.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
