About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and client-focused Buyer's Agent to assist property purchasers in navigating the competitive real estate market in Bristol, South West England . Your primary responsibility will be to understand buyer needs, identify suitable properties, arrange viewings, and guide clients through the offer and negotiation process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of the buying process. This hybrid position involves client meetings and property viewings in and around Bristol , alongside remote administrative and research tasks, providing flexibility while ensuring dedicated client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering new buyer inquiries and understanding their property requirements and budget.
• Proactively sourcing properties that match buyer criteria, both on and off the market.
• Arranging and conducting property viewings, providing detailed information and insights.
• Advising buyers on market conditions and assisting with offer strategies.
• Negotiating offers on behalf of buyers and facilitating the initial stages of the purchase process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in estate agency or a customer-facing sales role, preferably within property.
• Strong knowledge of the Bristol property market and surrounding areas.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A passion for helping clients find their ideal home.
• Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
