About the Role

This role is central to developing and executing sourcing strategies for critical indirect spend areas, focusing on delivering maximum value and mitigating supply chain risks. You will manage key supplier relationships, conduct complex negotiations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned strategic categories, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Conduct thorough market analysis, supplier research, and risk assessments for key categories.
• Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, terms, and service levels.
• Manage and develop strategic relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration and performance improvement.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for your categories, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with internal business partners to understand their needs and provide expert procurement support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Buyer or Category Manager with a focus on strategic sourcing of indirect spend.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating complex contracts and managing key supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market intelligence.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, essential for remote work.
• Proficiency in procurement software, e-sourcing tools , and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
